The menu prepared for this evening is an ode to traditional Mediterranean dining, with both imported specialties and local, honest ingredients that embody a passion for earth, flavor, and wine. Executive Chef Ian Sullivan’s and Chef de Cusine, Saif Rahman’s passion for Mediterranean flavors and ingredients will delight your senses and your soul.
